Love my new Staron kitchen worktop. Darryl and Teegan provided clear quotes at the start to help me pick something at the right price point. From walking into the showroom and picking some samples to it being templated and fitted was just over 3 weeks. Great service throughout. We recently had a new kitchen installed and wanted a solid worktop. We were recommended to contact Sheffield Solid Surfaces so we visited their showroom and so glad we did. Darryl was so helpful explaining the different types of material and options for edge styles etc. The whole process from quote to installation was done to the agreed timescales and carried out by friendly skilled staff. Our worktops really give our new kitchen the high quality finish we were looking for and we would really recommend that you contact them if you have a similar requirement. Something that we weren’t aware of when we visited was that they also do their own range of complete kitchen installations which we would have been very interested in if we had known when we started planning our kitchen. We were really impressed with the showroom on Stevenson Road, we had visited quite a few showrooms but this one was excellent, lots of different options available and we were made to feel very welcome.
Chris came to measure our kitchen and utility room and was very professional and really helpful regarding the designs of both rooms to meet our needs.  We spent some time at Stevenson Road deciding on choice and colour of units and work surfaces.  Nothing was too much trouble.  It was a really good experience.
Fitting went smoothly John and Rob were superb, they were a pleasure to deal with and once again nothing was too much trouble, we even changed one of the cabinet choices half way through the build.  Kevin was also a credit to the company when he came to fit the work surface.  Again, nothing was too much trouble.
The end result is a fantastic kitchen and utility that we are so very pleased with and is a pleasure to cook in.  We are so very glad that we chose Sheffield Solid Surfaces they are in our opinion the best.

I had my worktop done in October 2023, and I am extremely happy with the results. Darryl was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. He was quick to respond to my inquiry, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and took precise measurements. The price was reasonable, and the workmanship was excellent. First class service and quality workmanship.  If I ever get another kitchen, it’ll be from them!

During painstaking kitchen planning I kept being drawn to Corian as a worktop.  It’s pricey but I wanted a seamless finish and something a bit different from the usual colour + pattern textures of alternatives.

A sample supplier, CD UK, helpfully sent my brief to a few fitters and SSS came back with a quote.

Darryl was friendly, informative and reassuring from the get go and extremely quick to respond to questions.

They matched the estimates from one stop kitchen fitters and supplied ‘real life’ kitchen photos, rather than showroom shots, of the 2 styles I’d narrowed my choices down to.

The installers were efficient and friendly too.

The whole experience was as seamless as the countertops :)
